Registration forms for Winter 2009-10

Winter activities registration began on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 and is ongoing. Winter classes begin on Monday, December 7, 2009. Registration forms can be obtained by clicking on the links below.

Tuesday: Dec. 8, Dec. 15, Dec. 22, Jan. 5, Jan. 12, Jan. 19, Jan. 26, Feb. 2
Wed.: Dec. 9, Dec. 16, Dec. 23, Jan. 6, Jan. 13, Jan. 20, Jan. 27, Feb. 3
Thursday: Dec. 10, Dec. 17, Jan. 7, Jan. 14, Jan. 21, Jan. 28, Feb. 4, Feb. 11
Friday: Dec. 11, Dec. 18, Jan. 8, Jan. 15, Jan. 22, Jan. 29, Feb. 5, Feb. 12

All winter classes, except for The Lean Technique classes, are 8 sessions long.

New Emergency Contact Forms, Afterschool Participation Fee Forms and Release Forms are required from all participants each school year. They can be downloaded in Adobe Acrobat format by clicking the name of the form.

Purchase School has arranged a bus service, through J & R Tours, that runs from Purchase School to the Purchase Community House after school. Click here for a 2009-10 bus registration form and more information about this bus.

The Purchase Community House is a Not for Profit Corporation supported entirely by user fees and donations.
