The Lean Technique w/Lower Body Focus
A complete total body toning class with an emphasis on sculpting your lower body. Exercises are designed to build strength, tone your entire body, especially your legs and buttocks.

Monday 9:15am - 10:15am PCH 14 Sessions $252

The Lean Technique - Cross Train Spin
This class combines The Lean Technique Total Body Toning with The Lean Technique Fat Burn Spin to get maximal results. About 50 minutes of targeted Cardio on "spin" bikes followed by 25 minutes of complete body toning, core work and a yoga stretch.

The Lean Technique Fat Burn Spin
This high-energy cardiovascular fat burn class on stationary "spin" bikes will burn up to 500 calories while toning your lower body. Specific "riding" positions target different areas of your legs and buttocks to tone your muscles while you burn fat.

The Lean Technique w/Core Focus
Our most popular class, this workout will tone your entire body with an emphasis on your core. Exercises are designed to trim your waist, strengthen your back and lengthen your entire body. About 35 minutes of Pilates and traditional core work, with 25 minutes of leg, buttocks, upper body, and a yoga stretch.

The Lean Technique - Total Body Toning
This 40 minute toning session will sculpt your entire body creating long, lean muscles and greater flexibility. Exercises are designed and sequenced to build strength, to tone your entire body, create core strength and greater flexibility.

The Lean Technique Weight Loss Workout with Hypnosis for Weight Loss - NEW!!
Do you find that you are on track with your food plan until THE WEEKEND arrives? Do you find yourself “comfort eating” late at night, or are you just unable to get rid of “The Last 5 Pounds?” If so, this class is for you. This 75 minute class will sculpt your entire body with an emphasis on the problem areas, the abs and upper legs and buttocks, AND it will help you stay on track with your food plan for optimal health with the power of Hypnosis for Behavioral Change. Each class will consist of 60 minutes of Core work, Body Sculpting and Yoga followed by a 15 minute group hypnotic induction with general hypnotic suggestions for weight loss, optimal health and more. Stay on track over the weekend and finally lose weight!

Ken Wolf is a Certified Fitness Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer. He has an extensive background in Strength Training, Dance, Yoga, Feldenkreis and Functional Alignment Training. He has taught and trained in Westchester for over 23 years. He is also a Certified Hypnotherapist specializing in Smoking Cessation and Food management.
